Lee Real Estate & Auction Service is located in Menomonie Wisconsin and is  owned and operated by Roger Lee and sons, Travis & Chris.  Roger  graduated from the World Wide College of Auctioneering in Mason City, Iowa in 1965 and began his auction career with long-time auctioneer Francis Werlein of Gilmanton.  Travis & Chris have been involved since they were old enough to carry items to the auction stand.  In 1994 they also graduated from auction school  and all three are now licensed Wisconsin Auctioneers and Real Estate Brokers.

Since 1997 we began to pursue the real estate business more aggressively.  Auctions and real estate go hand-in-hand.  Product knowledge is very important in  both businesses.   All have been involved in the dairy industry and in residential home construction.  Since 1998 we have constructed 9 spec. homes from start to finish.

Our Marketing Department uses all types of medium to advertise your auctions including newspaper, radio, direct mailing list, and, of course, our world-famous website! We've had auction stories on KARE 11, WEAU 13, and WQOW 18. The "Dunn County News" and Eau Claire "Country Today" have written auction stories we've referred to them! We realize the importance of advertising! Newspaper advertising is still the most effective means of reaching a broad market. Local papers are used as well as those that cover the Twin Cities market when appropriate. Our mailing list is designed to target high-end antique buyers! Most of our auctions are held outdoors, but when the need arises we can secure an indoor location to fit your needs.
