Buyer is bidding on total contents of storage unit which consists of only 10 items +/- (see photos)

 Size of unit is 10’ x 20'  All items must be removed.  Buyer will be subject to a security deposit of $100 (cash) in addition to the purchase price. Security Deposit will be returned when the storage unit is clean & swept.

 Auction ends on Aug. 27, 2025.  Buyer needs to empty unit prior to Sep. 1  No exceptions! If you can not accept the terms of the sale please DO NOT bid.
