Components that worked on inspection day may not work days later. Common issues are weak-battery, leaking fluid, electrical issues, leaking tires, and/or defects not visible. DescriptionSpecial Terms: There will be a delay in delivery, could be as long as 30 days. Title is being held by GM Financial (lender). Lee Auction Service will hold buyer's funds in Trust Account until lender provides clear title. Auction Co. has received titles as soon as 5 days and as long as 20 days in the past......this lender is based out of Arizona. Auction Co. will wire funds to lender to speed-up process, we are relying on lender to complete process in a timely manor as the title will be coming from WI DMV. If buyer backs out for any reason he/she will forfeit 10% of the purchase price.
Update: The Lender has received the funds. We have been told we will receive the title anywhere from 7-30 days as of Feb 9.
