***Located off-site at 632 South Broadway St. Menomonie  (Marion's Cafe) pick-up will be at this location.  Please pay online or at our office.  You will need to bring a paid receipt with you for pick-up.  Pick-up day is Friday - Sep. 22 from 9am - 4pm.  Buyer is solely responsible for loading their items.  Seller will be there to help you find your lots but is not lifting or carrying items......bring good help***
